1、适用范围 本标准规定了用于往复运动机械上的薄壁翻边轴瓦的主要尺寸和公差。虽然并不要求所有翻过轴瓦的主要尺寸都采用本标准规定的尺寸,但采用标准尺寸可以降低加工成本。 本标准规定了适用于轴承座孔内径为40~250mm的翻边薄壁轴瓦的主要尺寸和公差。轴承座孔尺寸再大或再小的翻边轴瓦很少使用,所以这里不作规定。 本标准规定了薄壁翻边轴瓦结构要素尺寸和公差。但在结构设计中,是否采用这些结构要素由用户根据自己的使用知识来决定。 翻边轴瓦的使用场合一般与1SO3548规定的不带止推边轴瓦相似。 另外,用不带止推边的轴瓦加上两个半圆止推片就可以代替翻边轴瓦。其技术要求根据ISO3548和ISO6526由供需双方协商。 注:除另有说明,本标准中所有尺寸和公差的单位都是mm.
