针对生产过程控制系统中经常出现的问题及要求(被控变量失控,优化操作变量,保证产品质量、卡边操作等)给出了一种实用的协调控制策略。此协调控制策略将先进的预估控制算法和实用的常规PID算法结合起来,在保证控制目标的同时,使操作变量尽量维持在最优值(区域)上,在两个炼油厂的催化裂化装置(FCCU)主分馏塔产品质量优化控制系统中得到了应用。
Aiming at the common problems and requirements in the production process control system (controlled variables out of control, optimization of operating variables, product quality assurance, card edge operation, etc.), a practical coordinated control strategy is given. The coordinated control strategy combines the advanced predictive control algorithm with the practical conventional PID algorithm to ensure that the control objectives, while maintaining the operating variables as optimal (region) as possible, in the two refinery catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) main fractionator product quality control system has been applied.
