企业文化自八十年代初由西方传入我国十多年来,已经和正在经历着三个不同的发展阶段。从八十年代初到八十年代中后期为普及企业文化知识的启蒙阶段。这一阶段的主要活动是请专家、学者讲课,举办企业文化讲座和各种形式的学习班;目的是对企业文化基本概念、基本知识有一个初步的认识和理解。从八十年代末到九十年代初为对企业文化与中国企业实际相联系的有关问题的研究探讨阶段,这一阶段的主要活动是各有关部门、研究院所举办各种类型的研讨会。与第一阶段的主要区别是活动主体由专家教授扩展到各级研究人员,活动
Corporate culture has been introduced into the country for more than a decade by the West since the early 1980s. It has experienced and is undergoing three different stages of development.
