目的了解城市托幼儿童健康状况的动态变化,为改善托幼儿童的健康状况提供科学依据。方法对2009~2012年深圳市龙岗区某街道73所托幼机构3~6岁所有儿童健康体检资料进行分析。结果 2009~2012年累计体检儿童69 113人次,体格发育≥中位数者所占比例,按照年龄别体重为99.10%,按照年龄别身高为99.67%,按照身高别体重为99.28%;增长合格率4年分别为68.33%、72.18%、79.06%、83.61%(P<0.01),平均77.05%。体检儿童平均检出率,恢复期佝偻病为0.27%,轻度贫血为4.37%,中度贫血为0.06%,低体重为0.90%,消瘦为0.55%,发育迟缓为0.50%,肥胖为2.11%,龋齿为10.08%,沙眼为0.35%;合计检查视力59 007人次,视力减退平均检出率为6.26%。4年的检出率,肥胖分别为1.51%、2.17%、2.44%、2.62%(P<0.01),视力减退分别为4.16%、5.13%、6.28%、6.71%(P<0.01),龋齿分别为11.87%、10.77%、9.58%、8.74%(P<0.01),沙眼分别为0.46%、0.41%、0.30%、0.27%(P<0.05)。结论深圳市龙岗区某街道托幼儿童的体格发育状况良好,龋齿、沙眼得到有效控制,肥胖、视力减退的防控有待加强。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of children’s health status in urban areas and provide a scientific basis for improving their health status. Methods From 2009 to 2012, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, a street 73 children care institutions aged 3 to 6 years old children’s health examination data analysis. Results From 2009 to 2012, the cumulative number of children examined was 69 113 and the rate of physical development ≥ the median was 99.10% by age, 99.67% by age and 99.28% by height and weight, respectively; 4 years were 68.33%, 72.18%, 79.06%, 83.61% (P <0.01), with an average of 77.05%. The average detection rate of children with convalescence was 0.27% for rodent disease, 4.37% for mild anemia, 0.06% for moderate anemia, 0.90% for low body weight, 0.55% for weight loss, 0.50% for growth retardation and 2.11% for obesity. Dental caries was 10.08%, trachoma was 0.35%; a total of 59 007 visual acuity examination, the average detection rate of vision loss was 6.26%. The detection rate and obesity in 4 years were 1.51%, 2.17%, 2.44% and 2.62% respectively (P <0.01), and the visual acuity was 4.16%, 5.13%, 6.28% and 6.71% respectively Were 11.87%, 10.77%, 9.58% and 8.74% respectively (P <0.01). The trachoma were 0.46%, 0.41%, 0.30% and 0.27% respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion The nursery and toddler children in a street in Longgang District of Shenzhen City have good physical development, effective control of dental caries and trachoma, prevention and control of obesity and vision loss need to be strengthened.
