《高中英语课程标准》的出台是建立在五个基本理念的基础上的。第一个理念强调课程的基础性,即强调高中英语课程为学生终身学习和发展打基础的重要作用。第二个理念强调课程应力求提供多种选择以适应个性发展的需求。第三个理念就是要优化学习方式,改变学生被动学习的现状,提倡积极主动地参与,强调着眼于对学生的终身学习能力的培养。第四个理念指出高中英语课程应同时对学生的整体人文素养的形成起到积极的促进作用。第五个理念要求在考虑课程改革的同时,必须考虑评价改革的问题。实现这五个理念的有效途径就是英语教师应该通过打造生命课堂来关注生命、张扬生命、发展生命,使生命的付出与生命的升华达到和谐的平衡。
The introduction of “High School English Curriculum Standards” is based on five basic concepts. The first concept emphasizes the fundamentality of a course, which emphasizes the important role of high school English courses in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and development. The second philosophy emphasizes that the curriculum should seek to provide a variety of options to suit the needs of individual development. The third concept is to optimize the learning style, change the status quo of students’ passive learning, advocate proactive participation, emphasizing on the cultivation of lifelong learning ability of students. The fourth concept points out that senior high school English curriculum should play an active role in promoting students’ overall humanistic accomplishment. The fifth concept requires consideration of curriculum reform at the same time, we must consider evaluating the issue of reform. An effective way to realize these five concepts is that English teachers should pay attention to life, publicize life and develop their life by creating a life class so as to achieve a harmonious balance between the sacrifice of life and the sublimation of life.
