作为新闻报道员,需要经常下基层采访。然而,有的报道员到基层去,不仅采访不到好新闻,逮不住“活鱼”,而且还经常会发生“高高兴兴下基层,两手空空回机关”的现象。这固然与一些新闻报道员的个人素质、新闻敏感性和写作能力有关,但也有部分报道员是因为方式方法不当造成的。结合工作实践,笔者认为,作为基层报道员下基层采访,应该注意“八忌”:一忌不做准备。一些报道员下基层之前,缺乏充分的准备,采访随意性大,没有重点目标,以致对采访对象了解不深,回去写稿难以下笔,写不出有质量的稿子。因此,报道员采访前,要对采访内容、题材,所要采访的人、事 As a news reporter, you need regular grassroots interviews.
