本文对初二年级四个自然班共183名学生在立定跳远学习中进行台阶练习的实验,对每位学生进行了定性和定量分析,根据对立定跳远关联动作进行技评,找出影响学生成绩的原因;在教学中根据学生改正不同技术动作的需要,选用各种形式的台阶练习法,有针对性地开展辅导和训练。通过实验数据研究表明:台阶练习法有效地改善了学生立定跳远的技术动作从而提高了立定跳远的成绩。此外,结合素质教育进一步分析、探讨了台阶练习对速度、平衡能力、感受能力等具有积极的促进作用,并提出教学中应注意的事项。
In this paper, a total of 183 students from four natural classes in the second grade of Grade Four were engaged in bench practice in standing long jump. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted for each student. Skill evaluation was conducted according to the related actions of standing long jump. Of the reasons; in teaching according to the needs of students to correct different technical actions, the choice of various forms of practice steps, targeted counseling and training. The experimental data show that: the step practice method effectively improves the technical action of standing long jump and thus improves the performance of long jump. In addition, with the further analysis of quality education, it explores the positive effect of step practice on speed, balance ability and feeling ability, and puts forward some issues to be noticed in teaching.
