企业管理人员的培训伴随中国市场经济的成长和加入世界经济一体的步伐进展迅速,成为企业改革改制、经营发展的重要催化剂。但同时因为现代管理培训毕竟也是一种舶来品,我们对它的消化吸收及本土化功夫还不到位,因而在管理培训的实践中也存在着许多问题。对这些问题加以理论上的廓清,并在此基础上探讨完善中原油田管理干部培训的基本思路,希望对企业的发展有一定的促进作用。
The training of business managers accompanied by the rapid growth of China’s market economy and access to the world economy has become an important catalyst for the reform, restructuring, and management of enterprises. But at the same time, because modern management training is also a kind of imported goods after all, our digestion and absorption and localization are not in place. Therefore, there are many problems in the practice of management training. On these issues to be theoretically clear, and on this basis to explore and improve the training of Zhongyuan Oilfield management cadres of the basic ideas, hoping to promote the development of enterprises to some extent.
