我在读研究生以前,工作过多年,其中好几年是从事人力资源管理工作。后来读研期间学习人力资源管理理论时,跟随导师做了一些企业咨询项目,对人力资源管理技术层面上的分析工具乐此不疲。回忆以前的工作经历,时有困惑,在实际工作中制定的方案或所采用技术方法原本是比较科学与合理的,却常常遭遇到被搁置、搁浅或者执行中完全走样的尴尬
Before I graduated as a graduate student, I worked for many years, including several years in human resource management. Later, during the study of human resource management theory during graduate school, following tutors made a number of corporate consulting projects, and the analytical tools on the technical level of human resources management are never tired. Recalling previous work experience, sometimes confused, the plan or technical method adopted in the actual work was originally relatively scientific and reasonable, but it often encountered a case that was completely shelved, stranded or executed.
