本文介绍了在静电陀螺支承系统中,应用鲁棒调节器理论的一些结果,实验结果表明,应用鲁棒调节器可以大大提高系统的动态刚度,使系统的性能更为优越。同时给出了鲁棒调节器的频域设计法和几个参数的关系。
In this paper, some results of the robust regulator theory are introduced in the electrostatic gyro support system. The experimental results show that using the robust regulator can greatly improve the system dynamic stiffness and make the system more superior. At the same time, the relationship between several design parameters and the frequency domain design method of robust regulator is given.
