有报道提示,抗酸剂、铁剂及硫糖铝等含金属阳离子化合物可降低氟喹酮类抗生素的生物利用度,其机制可能是金属离子与氟喹酮结构上的3-羧基和4-桥氧基作用,形成了难以被小肠吸收的螯合物。本试验研究了硫糖铝对一种氟喹酮类广谱抗生素环丙沙星生物利用度的影响,以便利用给药时机的不同减少两种药物的相互作用。试验分四个阶段,采用交叉设计方法。12名健康受试者经随机分组后分别进入A,B,C,D四种方案中的一种,每一阶段结束后再进行交叉。其中
