课堂低效最直接的受害者是学生,它能导致学生厌学甚至不学。有效教学是新课程改革背景下催生的一种教学理念,我认为其内涵就是在正确的教育教学思想的指导下,通过教师有效的教学行为取得最佳的教学效果,高效课堂与学生个体学习的内化程度密切相关,而个体学习的内化程度直接受学生自我监控能力的影响。课堂教学应着力从课前预习、课堂调动学生的学习积极性和小组合作学习、发展学生的自我监控能力等方面提高课堂效率。
The most immediate victim of classroom inefficiencies is the student, which can lead to the student being tired of learning or not even learning. Effective teaching is a kind of teaching philosophy which is spawned under the background of new curriculum reform. I think its connotation is that under the guidance of correct education and teaching philosophy, teachers can obtain the best teaching effect through effective teaching activities. Efficient classroom and individual learning by students Internalization is closely related to the degree of internalization of individual learning directly affected by the ability of students to self-monitoring. Classroom teaching should focus on improving classroom efficiency in terms of class preview, classroom motivation to mobilize students and team cooperation learning, and development of students’ self-monitoring ability.
