随着时代的发展,企业为了更好的符合现代化管理的要求,不断进行着企业内部管理的革新,人力资源也正遭遇着新挑战与新要求。就我国人力资源管理的现状进行分析,不难发现在规范化和制度化方面都已经有了很大程度的提高,但是在具体工作的过程中,还存在若干的问题。只有拓宽人力资源范畴,加强人力资源培训,才能实现企业管理的科学化和规范化,也才能提升人力资源培训的实际效果。
With the development of the times, in order to better meet the requirements of modern management, enterprises are constantly innovating their internal management, and human resources are also encountering new challenges and new requirements. Analyzing the current situation of human resource management in our country, it is not difficult to find that there has been a great improvement in the standardization and institutionalization. However, there are still some problems in the concrete work. Only by broadening the scope of human resources and strengthening human resources training can the management of enterprises be scientifically standardized and the actual results of human resources training enhanced.
