目的探讨芝麻素对高脂血症大鼠糖代谢的作用。方法选择SD大鼠,喂饲高脂饲料,建立高脂血症大鼠模型。然后对高脂模型大鼠进行芝麻素干预7w后,检测各组大鼠的血脂、空腹血糖(FBS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清胰岛素等水平以及观察大鼠胰腺组织的病理学变化。结果芝麻素可以降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C及apoB水平,适当升高HDL-C和apoA的含量(P<0.05);降低高脂血症大鼠血清胰岛素水平、调节脂代谢紊乱下的血糖水平,改善机体对胰岛素的敏感性(P<0.05);抑制高脂血症大鼠胰腺胰岛素和生长抑素的分泌水平。结论芝麻素可以调节高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱下的糖代谢,改善高脂血症时机体的胰岛素抵抗(IR)状态。
Objective To investigate the effect of sesamin on glucose metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods SD rats were selected and fed with high fat diet to establish hyperlipidemic rat model. Then the rats in high fat diet were treated with sesamin for 7 weeks. The levels of serum lipids, fasting blood glucose (FBS), HbA1c, serum insulin and the pathological changes of the pancreas were observed. Results Sesamin could decrease the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB, raise the levels of HDL-C and apoA in hyperlipidemic rats (P <0.05), decrease the levels of serum insulin in hyperlipidemic rats, Regulate lipid metabolism disorders blood glucose levels, improve the body’s sensitivity to insulin (P <0.05); inhibition of insulin secretion in rats with hyperlipidemia and somatostatin levels. Conclusion Sesamin can regulate glycometabolism in hyperlipidemic rats with dyslipidemia and improve the body’s insulin resistance (IR) status in hyperlipidemia.
