我国国有煤企发展正处于爬坡过坎的关键时期,改革其不适合经济社会发展要求的一些落后的生产关系因素,对于充分激发国有煤矿企业的发展潜力,有力促进国有企业转变经济发展方式具有重要的意义。而国有煤企的改革和转型在某种程度上依赖于企业党务管理工作,依赖于党务管理能不能为煤企发展提供优秀的人才,而煤企现有的党务管理工作还存在诸多问题,比如对党务管理工作的重要性认识不足,缺乏经验丰富的党务管理人才等,这严重制约了国有煤企党务管理工作的发展。本文主要介绍了煤企党务管理工作的重要性,指出了其党务管理工作存在的诸多制约企业发展的因素,并在此基础上提出了企业党务管理工作的建设思路,以为煤企加强党务管理工作提供意见参考。
