According to Einstein, “the worst part of a school is education through intimidation, power and illusory authority, so treating students can destroy their healthy emotions, hurt their true souls, and deprive them of their confidence.” “People-oriented” Educational thinking poses a severe challenge to the teacher’s role. Teachers are no longer the authoritative and authoritarian but mentor, participant, chief of equality. Students do not respect teachers only because of their sincerity and humanistic accomplishments of admiration, but more inclined to worship their personality charm. This equality and harmonious interpersonal relationship between teachers and students is the catalyst to promote education to success.
