目的:对食管癌术后,早期肠内、肠外营养支持方法的比较。方法:对78例食管癌患者随机分为两组,分别予肠外营养及肠内营养;检测术前、术后外周血淋巴细胞、ALB、转铁蛋白,BUN进行对照研究。结果:两组患者术后营养均有所改善,但肠内营养肠蠕动恢复快。结论:术后加强营养及监护对食管癌患者术后恢复十分重要,不同营养途径均可达到营养需要,但以肠内营养途径为最佳。
Objective: To compare the methods of early enteral and parenteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods: 78 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, which were treated with parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition. Peripheral blood lymphocytes, ALB, transferrin and BUN were detected before and after operation. Results: The postoperative nutrition of both groups improved, but the intestinal peristalsis recovered faster. Conclusion: Postoperative nutrition and monitoring are very important for postoperative recovery of patients with esophageal cancer. Nutritional requirements can be reached by different nutritional approaches, but the enteral nutrition route is the best.
