我校流动儿童占了我校本地生源的二分之一。他们的父母有的是在市场上做生意,有的是帮别人打工,有的是来到城里卖菜、摆水果摊。他们的到来,给我们带来了新的问题,新的思考。流动儿童的父母大都早出晚归,忙于生计,无暇顾及孩子的学习。就算有精力,也因为自身的文化素质不高,不能对孩子进行辅导。面对这一系列问题,我认为,培养流动儿童自主学习能力势在必行。那么,如何培养流动儿童的自主学习能力呢?一、创设良好教学氛围,激励自主学习
