目的观察槲皮素对实验性慢性肾衰大鼠尿量和尿蛋白量的影响。方法给实验大鼠饲以含腺嘌呤饲料2月造成慢性肾衰;干预组经口给予槲皮素(100 mg.kg-1.d-1×42 d)治疗;每周测定实验大鼠24 h尿量和尿蛋白含量。结果与肾衰对照组比较,槲皮素干预组大鼠肾脏指数、肾组织含水量、血清肌酐和尿素氮均显著降低;在整个观察过程中,干预组平均24 h尿量均显著增多,24 h尿蛋白量均显著减少。结论槲皮素对大鼠实验性慢性肾衰具有显著防治作用。
Objective To observe the effect of quercetin on urine output and urine protein in experimental rats with chronic renal failure. Methods The experimental rats were given adenine containing feed for 2 months to cause chronic renal failure. The intervention group was treated with quercetin (100 mg.kg-1.d-1 × 42 d) orally. The experimental rats 24 h urine output and urine protein content. Results Compared with the renal failure control group, the renal index, the water content of renal tissue, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of rats in the quercetin intervention group decreased significantly. During the whole observation period, the average urine volume of the intervention group increased significantly h urinary protein were significantly reduced. Conclusion Quercetin has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental chronic renal failure in rats.
