屋面是房屋最上层起覆盖作用的外围护构件,为满足室内居住使用需要,必须做到隔热防水,且具有一定的耐久性。住宅楼工程很多就采用了刚性防水屋面,但因屋面受房屋结构、温度、施工等因素影响,刚性屋面都可能产生裂缝,出现工程质量隐患,也是目前较难克服的质量通病之一。笔者根据十几年的施工经验,从混凝土刚性屋面裂缝现象入手,简要分析了其形成原因,重点从施工的角度阐述了其预控措施和治理办法。
Roof is the uppermost layer of housing covering the role of external protection components, in order to meet the needs of indoor residential use, must be insulated and waterproof, and has a certain durability. Many residential buildings use rigid waterproof roof, but due to the roof structure, temperature, construction and other factors, rigid roof may produce cracks, there are potential quality problems, but also difficult to overcome one of the common quality problems. Based on more than ten years of construction experience, the author starts with the phenomenon of concrete rigid roof cracks and briefly analyzes the reasons for the formation. The emphasis is on explaining the pre-control measures and treatment measures from the perspective of construction.
