一、情境描述《适应社会完善自我》是八年级的一课,教材知识点是要学生适应社会,完善自我需要树立积极的自我期待;学会控制情绪,做情绪的主人;正确面对生活中的顺境和逆境,以积极健康的心态参与社会生活中去。在本节课的教学设计中大多数教师都会借用一些名人典型案例和一些社会现象为载体,呈现榜样人物的心理行为发展轨迹,让学生感受并抽象总结出榜样人物的身上所具特质,完成教材知识点的教学。引导这部分学生直面现实,调适自我情绪,以积极健康的心态融入生活,和本节课所要达成的目标极为吻合。二、研究过程(一)前期准备1、在八年级3—8外地学生班进行抽样调查或者随机访谈,了解相关情况。
