前列腺切除术后常发生膀胱痉挛 ,给病人带来很大痛苦。诱发膀胱痉挛的因素很多 ,其中导尿管气囊放置位置不当是一密切相关因素。我院 1998～ 1999年共行经耻骨上前列腺切除术 5 8例 ,发生膀胱痉挛 35例 ,现分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 :本组病人 5 8例 ,年龄 46～ 86岁
