高职《餐饮服务与管理》实践教学环节是学生掌握餐饮服务技能的关键环节,学生如何能通过实践课程的开展掌握餐饮服务过程中必须具备的业务能力,与教师的授课方法及课程的开展有着紧密的关系。本文就笔者自身多年的实践教学经验及企业一线工作经验,对该课程实践教学环节提出几点思考。
