设计了一种在线光功率探测对准及光纤熔接损耗测量的数据采集系统,利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW开发平台,实现了光纤对准、熔接及测量一体化和可视化.该系统实现了实时显示光纤对准时光功率变化情况、测量光纤熔接损耗值、评估光纤熔接等级、生成熔接数据报表等功能.实现结果表明:该系统实现了对多模光纤熔接损耗0.091d B的测量精度,能够稳定地采集光功率信号及显示相关对准和熔接信息,并且进行准确的光纤熔接损耗评价,具有较大的应用前景.
A data acquisition system for on-line optical power detection and alignment measurement and optical fiber splice loss measurement is designed, and the integration, visualization and alignment of optical fiber alignment, fusion and measurement are realized by using the virtual instrument software LabVIEW development platform.
