本文定量分析了成鳗，幼鳗、仔鳗10种国产配合饲料中氨基酸的组成与含量。并对不同规模鳗料中的必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸进行了比较与分析。旨为深入开展鳗鱼系列配合饲料的研究和提高国产鳗鱼饲料的质量提供依据。
This article quantitatively analyzed the composition and content of amino acids in 10 kinds of domestic compound feed of eel, juvenile eel and emisson. The contents of essential amino acids and nonessential amino acids in eel of different sizes were compared and analyzed. The purpose is to provide a basis for further research on the eel series feed and to improve the quality of domestic eel feed.
