为探讨消炎痛对糖尿病的保护作用机理,测定了消炎痛预处理的四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织中的非蛋白巯基含量,同时测定了血糖浓度。实验结果表明,消炎痛预处理组的糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织非蛋白巯基含量为1.87±0.02nmol/mg,血糖浓度为16.7±0.09mmol/L,而四氧嘧啶损伤组胰腺组织非蛋白巯基含量为1.37±0.07nmol/mg,血糖浓度为27.3±3.12mmol/L,两组比较,血糖和巯基含量均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。消炎痛对正常大鼠的血糖和胰腺组织巯基含量无明显的影响。实验结果提示,消炎痛抗四氧嘧啶损伤B细胞的作用可能与防止胰腺组织巯基含量降低有一定的关系。
In order to investigate the protective mechanism of indomethacin on diabetes mellitus, the non-protease sulfhydryl content in pancreatic tissue of indomethacin-pretreated alloxan-induced diabetic rats was measured and the blood glucose concentration was determined. The experimental results showed that the content of non-protein thiol in the pancreatic tissue of the indomethacin-pretreated group was 1.87±0.02 nmol/mg, and the blood glucose concentration was 16.7±0.09 mmol/L. The non-protein thiol content in the pancreatic tissue of the alloxan-injured group was 1.37±0.07nmol/mg, blood glucose concentration was 27.3±3.12mmol/L. There was significant difference in blood glucose and sulfhydryl content between the two groups (P<0.01). Indomethacin had no significant effect on blood glucose and pancreatic tissue thiol content in normal rats. The experimental results suggest that the effect of indomethacin on B-cell injury by alloxan may be related to preventing the decrease of thiol content in pancreatic tissue.
