二十一世纪以来,中国经济一直处于两位数字的高增长。一批批的大型基础设施建设项目、工业项目和住宅项目上马。而在众多的工程项目实施过程中,项目管理的思想提高,方法改进却不多。从项目的决策到过程管理,均存在一系列的问题,直接导致了项目管理失误率高、低效率、高成本,甚至变成空谈。项目管理提高已经成为建筑企业提高核心竞争力的重要手段,本文对项目管理在建筑工程企业中的有效实施进行了分析。
Since the twenty-first century, China’s economy has been at a two-digit high growth rate. A batch of large-scale infrastructure construction projects, industrial projects and residential projects launched. In the process of implementing a large number of projects, the idea of project management is improved, and the improvement of methods is limited. From project decision-making to process management, there are a series of problems that directly lead to the project management failure rate high, low efficiency, high cost, and even become empty talk. Project management has become an important means for construction enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. This paper analyzes the effective implementation of project management in construction enterprises.
