小学生与同龄伙伴特别是同学的交往,对于他们社会交往能力的提高和个性的塑造具有深刻的影响。在小学生的同伴交往中,同伴友谊和同伴团体的影响,应当引起教师足够的注意。因为无论是有组织的集体,还是自发形成的团体,都对儿童的个性品质有深刻影响,尤其是健康向上的班级集体是儿童优良个性品质的“催化剂”。但是,在班级中总有一些学生游离于“小集体”之外。对于这些学生,我们该怎么办呢?
