目的:探讨急诊科实施优质护理服务的措施与实施成效。方法:医院急诊科自2015年3月开始,对全体护理人员加强优质护理服务培训与学习,强化基础护理与护理管理工作,实施一系列优质护理服务措施。在优质护理实施前后分别对护理质量、患者满意度进行评分,并比较两组的评分结果。结果:优质护理服务实施后,急诊科护理质量评分、基础护理质量评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。优质护理服务实施后,患者对临床护理工作的满意度为98.40%,显著高于实施前的87.20%(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科中开展优质护理服务,加强基础护理服务,能够切实提升临床护理质量,让患者满意,缓和医患关系,减少医患矛盾。
Objective: To explore the measures and implementation results of emergency department in implementing quality nursing service. Methods: Since March 2015, the emergency department of the hospital has strengthened the training and study of quality nursing services for all nurses, strengthened the management of basic nursing and nursing, and implemented a series of quality nursing service measures. Before and after the implementation of quality nursing care quality, patient satisfaction were scored, and compared the results of the two groups. Results: After the implementation of quality nursing service, the score of quality of care in emergency department and the score of basic nursing quality were significantly higher than before implementation (P <0.05). After the implementation of quality nursing service, the patients’ satisfaction with clinical nursing was 98.40%, which was significantly higher than 87.20% before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: To develop quality nursing services and strengthen basic nursing services in emergency department can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, make patients satisfied, ease the relationship between doctors and patients, and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients.
