在移动互联网时代,随着4G网络的普及和上网速度的不断提升,越来越多的消费者不再出现于传统的商场甚至于电脑前,而是集聚于微信群、QQ群、微博群、APP等移动空间。为此,如何吸引移动端的客户给营销人员提出了新的要求,也对只是针对PC端客户采用的营销策略、产品及界面设计策略提出了新的挑战。本文在集客力理论基础上,充分考虑顾客体验,提出一些新的营销服务,以增加企业产品对顾客的吸引力,增加企业收益。
In the era of mobile Internet, with the popularization of 4G network and the continuous improvement of Internet speed, more and more consumers are no longer appearing in traditional shopping malls or even in front of computers. Instead, they are gathered in WeChat, QQ and Weibo , APP and other mobile space. To this end, how to attract mobile customers to marketers put forward new requirements, but also for the PC-side customers using marketing strategies, products and interface design strategy presents new challenges. Based on the theory of customer service, this paper gives full consideration to customer experience and proposes some new marketing services to increase the attractiveness of products to customers and increase the returns of enterprises.
