今年上半年,我市专利申请60余件,代理专利申请达43件,比去年同期增加46％,名列全省第二位(成都市除外)。企业申请专利显著上升,已占总数的50％。市专利事务所被三家企业聘为常年专利顾问。企业的知识产权保护、专利意识逐步增强,促进了专利代理工作上台阶。 在省、市专利管理局的领导下,我市专利宣传蓬勃发展。科技宣传月中,上街宣传专利法、免费咨询专利知识1000余人次;在市乡镇企业局系统讲授知识产权和专利知识;协调企业参加成都“双新”会,获金奖十项,扩大了专利影响;围绕“专利工作深入企业,推动企业发展”的工作,配合市专利局组织八个重点企业参加省
