2014年3月1日起实施的《劳务派遣暂行规定》中明确要求:“用工单位使用的被派遣劳动者数量不得超过其用工总量的10%。”要求企业降至这一比例的时间定为2016年2月底之前。用工单位未将本规定施行前使用的被派遣劳动者数量降至符合规定比例之前,不得新用被派遣劳动者。大限已至,这一规定执行得如何?超过比例的派遣工究竟被如何安置?现实中又存在着什么问题?
