Thirty-seven male rats were selected for the experimental study. The experimental group was subjected to a noise intensity of 65 decibels, and the experiment was conducted for 5 months a week for 5 months. After the end of the experiment, nine rats were sacrificed and serum samples were taken for measurement of natural immunity, including bactericidal activity, lysozyme, β-lysin, normal antibody complement, and anti-tissue complement-bound autoantibodies. With alcoholic typhoid bacterin and vi-antigen, nine animals were given an intraperitoneal immunization.
