针对中、俄口岸调车机车宽轨与窄轨转换过程中,车钩互换费时费力的问题,提出对宽轨机车车钩进行改造的方案,描述了对CA-3型车钩改造的方法,论证了车钩改造的可行性,阐明了改造后的效果。
