存贷款业务一直以来是银行业的立足之本,在金融行业竞争日趋激烈的今天很多银行选择将业务进行细分,抢夺不同层次的客户群体,针对中小型企业及个人消费的资金需求创造性的设立了微贷业务,弥补了市场上小额贷款的需求。论文以国内外对于信贷业务的改革研究入手,论证了微贷业务在拓展商业银行零售业务,重新调整业务比重,细分信贷业务市场中的作用。以中国民生银行合肥分行白马支行为例分析了商业银行在微贷业务上的成本控制,主要研究商业银行如何解决信贷业务中的信息不对称性,如何最大限度的规避微贷业务中的风险。如何通过贷款流程再造实现财务成本控制,节省人力资源。以及在客户发展和维护方面的创新等。同时,本文也就在调查研究中发现的目前民生银行在微贷业务上的一些问题进行了论述分析,并且提出一些合理化建议举措。
Deposit and loan business has always been the foundation of the banking industry. In today’s increasingly fierce competition in the financial industry, many banks choose to segment their businesses and seize customer groups at different levels. They are creatively set up to meet the funding needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals. The micro-loan business, to make up for the market demand for micro-loans. This dissertation begins with the domestic and foreign researches on the reform of credit business, and demonstrates the role of the micro-credit business in expanding the retail business of commercial banks, re-adjusting the proportion of business, and subdividing the credit business market. It mainly studies how commercial banks can solve the information asymmetry in credit business and how to avoid the risk in micro-loan business to the maximum extent. At the same time, this article also discusses and analyzes some problems Minsheng Bank has found in the micro-loan business in the investigation and research, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions and measures.
