在由北京建材集团主办的中国国际加气混凝土应用研讨会上,与会专家们认为:加气混凝土防水隔热叠合屋面是我国今后建筑设计和施工应用的发展方向。随着我国混凝土结构和预应力混凝土结构的发展,平屋面在各类型建筑上得到了广泛的应用,其防水施工技术以刚性防水屋面为主,但往往因防水层表面受温度效应引起的热胀冷缩及材料本身干缩干裂导致屋面渗漏,以及结构变形将防水层拉裂或由于建筑构造不尽合理,或施工粗制滥造而漏水。因此,从材料和结构上探索新的设计方案,是建筑屋面防水的一项重要课题。
At the seminar on application of China’s international aerated concrete sponsored by Beijing Building Materials Group, participating experts said: Aerated concrete waterproofing and thermal insulation composite roofing is the development direction of our country’s future architectural design and construction applications. With the development of concrete structures and prestressed concrete structures in China, the flat roof has been widely used in various types of buildings. The waterproof construction technology is mainly rigid waterproof roof, but often because of the thermal expansion caused by the temperature effect on the surface of the waterproof layer Shrinkage and dry shrinkage of the material itself lead to leakage of the roof, as well as the structural deformation of the waterproof layer cracking or due to improper building construction, or construction of crude and leaks. Therefore, to explore new design solutions from materials and structures is an important issue in the waterproofing of building roofs.
