通过实地观察微型轴承典型产品生产工艺流程、热处理生产线的运作,参考设计原则比较不同的设计方案。进行了微型轴承零件的热处理工艺拟定、设备选型及计算、车间人员的班制及人数的确定,设计了微型轴承的热处理平面布置图。设计过程中分析了热处理车间设计需要注意的环节与重点,工艺的改进以及设计中遇到的困难,并分享自己在设计过程中的体会。
Through the field observation of miniature bearings typical product production process, heat treatment production line operation, reference design principles compare different design. The heat treatment process development, equipment selection and calculation of the miniature bearing parts, the shift schedule and the number of people in the workshop were determined, and the heat treatment plane layout of the miniature bearing was designed. During the design process, the design process needs to pay attention to the links and focus, process improvement and design difficulties encountered, and share their experience in the design process.
