新课改对于教师专业化提出了明确的要求,如何通过合理的学习增强自身的专业素质是很多教师思考的问题。文中通过作者自身专业化过程的阐述,从对教师专业化的自我理解出发,分别从教学中所发现的问题、自身对于教师专业化的理解、自身专业化的方案制订实施及学校对教师专业化发展中起到的作用四个方面对教师专业化道路的发展进行了分析,提出了一种增加新课改背景下教师专业化发展道路的途径,对于一些教师特别是青年教师有很好的帮助。
The new curriculum reform has put forward specific requirements for teachers’ specialization. How to enhance their professional qualities through reasonable study is a question that many teachers think. Through the explanation of the process of author’s own specialization, starting from the self-understanding of teachers ’professionalism, this paper analyzes the problems found in teaching, their own understanding of teachers’ specialization, the formulation and implementation of their own professional programs and the school’s professionalization of teachers The development of the role played four aspects of the road of teacher professional development is analyzed, put forward a new curriculum reform in the context of teacher professional development approach, for some teachers, especially young teachers are very helpful .
