随着科技的不断进步与发展,中学技术课程的开展不可避免地遇到了一些难题,总的来讲可以分为三类:观念滞后,教学模式单一,教学评价难。虽然我国一直大力提倡素质教育,但应试教育的影响却根深蒂固,教育者和被教育者将大部分精力放在了文化学科的教学上,从而忽略了技术课程的学习。而技术课程由于得不到应有的重视,再加上硬件和软件的不足,使得技术课程的教学模式过于单一,从而导致课程变得极其乏味。再加上技术课程自身的特点,使得教学评价不能简单地像其他文化课程一样,通过纸质试卷的形式来完成教学的评价。如在中学信息技术课程中,要对学生就《数字化图像的设计与加工》的学习效果进行评价,如果仅仅通过纸质试卷的方式进行评价就很不合理,对于Photoshop的操作步骤和过程就无法进行有效评价。面对这些问题,教育界有针对性地提出了“新媒体走进中学技术课程”的新教学模式。
