竹屑在中国有着丰富的资源储备量,为提高其利用率,以竹屑作为香菇(Lentinula edodes)3个品种(L109、久香秋7、L808)的栽培基质,通过分析3个品种、不同培养料配方的香菇生物学特性和营养成分,获得适宜的配方和品种。结果表明,在不影响子实体商品质量的前提下,使用L109时,配方B的产量和经济效益最高,子实体营养成分与对照组相比无明显差异;使用久香秋7时,配方A的产量和经济效益最高,子实体中的蛋白质和灰分含量均高于对照组,粗纤维含量与对照组相比无明显差异;使用L808时,竹屑含量小于20%对香菇产量无显著影响。同时,培养料中添加竹屑可使子实体产量集中于第1潮,缩短出菇周期;随着竹屑含量的增加,子实体中的蛋白质和粗纤维含量有下降的趋势,灰分含量基本呈上升趋势。
Bamboo charcoal is rich in resource reserves in China. The content of protein and crude fiber in the fruiting body tended to decrease with the increase of the content of bamboo charcoal, and the content of ash was basically Upward trend.
