随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,改革开放的进一步深化,越来越多的国内企业开始走出国门,在国外投资建厂,从事跨国生产经营活动,成为新兴的跨国公司。在竞争日趋激烈的世界市场上,如何合理运用转移价格提高自己的国际竞争力,实现跨国经营的战略目标,已成为当前我国新兴的跨国公司所面临的一个现实问题。
With the development of China's socialist market economy and the further deepening of the reform and opening up, more and more domestic enterprises have started to go abroad to invest and build factories abroad and engage in cross-border production and business activities and become emerging multinational corporations. In the increasingly competitive world market, how to use the transfer price rationally to improve its own international competitiveness and achieve the strategic goal of transnational operation has become a realistic problem that the emerging multinational corporations in our country face.
