教师教学智慧是指教师面临复杂教学情境所表现的一种敏感、迅速、准确的判断能力。教师的教学智慧,要在教学反思中培养,要在教学对话中培养,要在教学案例研究中培养。教学智慧的培养是教师改进其教学实践,使教师从“教书匠”成长为研究型、智慧型教师的有效途径,对于教师创造性地实施新课程具有重要的现实意义。
Teacher’s teaching wisdom refers to a sensitive, rapid and accurate judgment ability that teachers face in complex teaching situations. Teachers’ teaching wisdom should be cultivated in teaching reflection, to be cultivated in teaching dialogue and to be cultivated in teaching case studies. The cultivation of teaching wisdom is an effective way for teachers to improve their teaching practice and make teachers grow from “teacher of books ” into research-oriented and intelligent teachers, which is of great practical significance for teachers to creatively implement the new curriculum.
