本文介绍了应用银球电极,记录大白鼠皮层诱发电位的原理和方法。将双极刺激电极安放于大鼠坐骨神经上,记录用银球电极安放在皮层,记录皮层诱发电位。实验结果表明:①在一定的刺激强度范围内,诱发电位的幅度与刺激强度成正比,刺激强度增至40V时,诱发电位最大。②引导电极安放在皮层的位置是获得理想诱发电位的最重要因素。
This article describes the application of silver ball electrodes, recording the principle and method of rat cortical evoked potentials. Bipolar stimulation electrodes were placed on the sciatic nerve in rats. Silver sphere electrodes were placed on the cortex and the evoked potentials were recorded. The experimental results show that: ① Within a certain range of stimulus intensity, the amplitude of evoked potential is proportional to the stimulus intensity. When the stimulus intensity is increased to 40V, the evoked potential is the largest. ② The placement of the guiding electrode in the cortex is the most important factor to obtain the ideal evoked potentials.
