1 漏光检测技术的研制情况 活塞环漏光度的检测长期以来一直处于较为落后状况。经我所详细的调查,目前无论是国内还是国外,都还是采用人工肉眼检测,这种方法只能定性的对活塞环漏光进行大概判断,不能科学地准确地测量。况且该检测方法环境恶劣劳动强度大还给操作者的眼睛带来伤害。据统计,全国各厂家的漏光度检测人员的眼睛在从事这项工作一段时间后,都有不同程度的损害,鉴于上述情况,我们在参考了现行国标CB1149—82的基础上,并且参照许多厂家的漏光检测之实际情况,于1986年开始对新漏光检测技术进行研制。其设计思想为:
