前不久,中共广东省委政研室和广东省外经贸厅组成联合调研组,赴浙江、江苏、山东三省学习考察实施“走出去”战略的经验。浙江、江苏、山东三省实施“走出去”战略取得显著成效。截至2005年末,浙江省累计设立境外投资企业达2194家,居全国各省(市、区)第一位。浙江省和山东省2005年的对外直接投资总额分别为1．84和1．64亿美元,分别居全国各省(市、区,上海市除外)第一和第二位。江苏省2005年对外工程承包、劳务输出完成营业额31．97亿美元。期末在外人数超过10万,居全国各省(市、区)第一位。三省的经验做法,值得广东省学习和借鉴。
Not long ago, the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and Guangdong Provincial Department of Foreign Economic and Trade Office formed a joint investigation team to go to Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces to study and study the implementation of the “going global” strategy. Jiangsu Province contracted foreign projects in 2005, and the export of labor services completed a turnover of 3.197 billion U.S. dollars. At the end of the period, the number of foreign residents exceeded 100,000, ranking first in all provinces (cities and districts) across the country. The experience of the three provinces is worth learning and drawing lessons from Guangdong Province.
