经验摘要2014年暑假前,在北京市教委组织下,北京外国语大学、中国农业大学、北京工业大学、首都师范大学、中国石油大学等23所高校“联姻”北京市39所薄弱中小学,参与中小学的学科建设。受益最大的是北京的英语教学。教育类外国专家一般要由高校申请,所以中小学很难聘请符合规定的外教。2015年春季开学后,北京市每一所中小学都有语言类外教到岗。这些外教是符合国家规定的持证外国专家,由各高校聘请,派到中小学执教。
Summary of Experiences Before the summer vacation of 2014, under the organization of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, 23 undergraduates, including Beijing Foreign Studies University, China Agricultural University, Beijing University of Technology, Capital Normal University and China University of Petroleum, Participate in the discipline construction in primary and secondary schools. The biggest beneficiary is Beijing’s English teaching. Educational foreign experts are generally required to apply from colleges and universities, so it is very difficult for primary and secondary schools to employ qualified foreign teachers. After spring 2015, each primary and secondary school in Beijing has a foreign language teacher. These foreign teachers are accredited foreign experts who meet the state’s stipulations and are hired by colleges and universities and sent to teach in primary and secondary schools.
