从实验和理论两方面研究了化学镀Ni-P合金在无润滑磨损条件下的化学腐蚀磨损机理,探讨了化学镀Ni-P合金作为钻杆耐腐蚀磨损功能性镀层的可行性.结果表明:化学镀Ni-P合金在无润滑磨损条件下的磨损机理主要为剥层磨损,并伴随少量磨粒磨损.在无润滑磨损状态下,化学镀Ni-P合金不适合作为G105钢抵抗化学腐蚀磨损的功能性镀层.
The mechanism of chemical corrosion of electroless Ni-P alloy is studied experimentally and theoretically under non-lubricated wear conditions, and the feasibility of electroless Ni-P alloy plating as functional coating of corrosion-resistant wear of drill rod is discussed. The results show that the wear mechanism of electroless Ni-P alloy under the condition of no lubrication wear is mainly the wear of the peeling layer accompanied by a small amount of abrasive wear. Electroless Ni-P alloy is not suitable as a functional coating for G105 steel to resist chemical corrosion under the conditions of no lubrication and wear.
