在我国用邻近流域暴雨移置,推求本流域设计暴雨及其过程已成为水文计算中普遍采用的方法之一。本文结合淮河流域的鲇鱼山、宿鸭湖、洪泽湖、骆马湖等大中型水利水电工程,就暴雨移置中的有关山丘区、平原区暴雨中心的选定,不同地形的移置改正,特定流域移置特定的天气系统和相应的暴雨过程以及有关移置暴雨中的时空分布,水汽放大等问题,作些分析研究。
