孕母为胎儿提供生长发育所需的营养和环境,其妊娠期间机体异常,可导致围产儿不良结局。了解母体机体异常对孕妇、胎儿及新生儿的影响,及早采取针对性措施,可避免母源性疾病发生、进展,降低围产儿死亡率。本文就几种常见母体妊娠期疾病对孕妇及新生儿的影响进行综述,以期引起产科和新生儿科重视母源性疾病。 Pregnant mothers provide the fetus with the nutrients and the environment needed for growth and development, and the abnormality of the body during pregnancy can result in adverse outcomes of the perinatal infant. To understand the impact of maternal abnormalities on pregnant women, fetuses and newborns, early targeted measures to prevent the occurrence of maternal diseases, progress and reduce perinatal mortality. This article reviews several common maternal gestational diseases on pregnant women and newborns, with a view to causing obstetric and neonatal emphasis on maternal diseases.
