本文对双履带活块循环式薄板连铸过程进行了计算机模拟。由实验室热态试验结果表明凝固模型是可靠的。通过计算可知:双履带活块循环式薄板连铸过程中,结晶器内液态钢象固态钢一样随模壁运动,钢液流速和自由表面形状的主要影响因素是中间包水口的钢液出口速度。
This article has carried on the computer simulation to the double caterpillar circulation block thin plate continuous casting process. The laboratory thermodynamic test results show that the solidification model is reliable. It can be seen from the calculation that the liquid steel in the mold runs along the mold wall as the solid steel in the process of continuous casting of the dual-track looped circulating thin plate. The main influencing factors of the molten steel flow velocity and the free surface shape are the exit velocity of molten steel at the tundish nozzle .
